BGYO are entering a bold new era. Fresh off their fiery debut at Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025, the Filipino boy group dropped their latest single ‘Headlines’, a slick, dance-pop cut drenched in Y2K R&B nostalgia.
Crafted by an all-star global team including Lindgren, Melanie Fontana, Marqueze Parker, Courtlin Jabrae Edwards, and Nhiko Sabiniano, with co-writing credits from Mikki and Nate, the track pulses with the energy of a group unafraid to love loud and proud.
This marks a sonic shift for Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate — a fresh anthem that’s equal parts smooth and assertive, hinting at even more daring moves to come.
‘Headlines’ follows the group’s recent streak of hits, including ‘All These Ladies’ and their self-titled EP featuring ‘Andito Lang’, ‘Divine’, and ‘Trash’. And now, all roads lead to their biggest stage yet — BGYO: The First Solo Concert, happening 4 October at New Frontier Theater in Quezon City. Tickets available via Ticketnet.
BGYO made their debut in 2021 and have since carved a unique space in P-pop with hits like ‘Patintero’ and ‘Tumitigil Ang Mundo’. If ‘Headlines’ is any clue, their next chapter is just getting started.
