The BLACKPINK member has been steadily expanding her portfolio beyond music. Following the release of her solo EP Amortage, JISOO has taken on acting roles in Snowdrop, Newtopia, and Netflix’s Boyfriend on Demand — showcasing a new dimension of her artistry.

Visibly emotional, she ended her speech with a heartfelt message to fans: “I will never forget the gratitude you gave me… I will do my best to show you a better side of me.”

Representing Madame Figaro, Richard Gianorio praised her evolution, noting that JISOO is “not a newcomer — she’s a star,” highlighting her ability to step out of her musical comfort zone and thrive in new creative spaces.

“In 2021, she made her leading acting debut in Snowdrop, and that series gained immediate recognition,” he recalled. “Tonight, we are celebrating a young woman who had the courage to reinvent herself – and did so very successfully.”
