Between The White Lotus season 3, several hit releases, and the announcement of BLACKPINK's upcoming world tour - it's been a busy start of 2025 for LISA.
Now, all that hype for the K-pop icon has come to a head with the exciting release of first-ever full-length solo album via Lloud Co. / RCA Records.
Among the many star-studded guests on the album, the name that's most intriguing is Atlanta trap rapper Future, who collaborates with LISA on the track ‘FXCK UP THE WORLD’.
The song comes in two versions: the one with Future, and the 'Vixi Solo Version'. The latter comes with a cinematic music video that sees LISA unleashing one of her scarier and crazier personas in its full insane asylum glory.
The 15-track LP features previous singles 'Rockstar', 'New Woman' with Rosalía, 'Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me)' and 'Born Again' with RAYE and Doja Cat. The album also includes big name contributions from Megan Thee Stallion and Tyla.
In Alter Ego, LISA introduces five different versions of herself, each one representing a unique aspect of her personality. The five "alter egos" - named Roxi, Kiki, Vixi, Sunni, and Speedi - each correspond to various tracks and feature on album versions with their own cover art.
Entertainer Roxi is inspired by the song 'Rockstar', free-spirit Sunni is derived from 'Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me)', while Y2K lover Kiki is based on 'New Woman'. Finally, sports car driver Speedi corresponds to 'Lifestyle' and the villanous Vixi accompanies the song 'FXCK UP THE WORLD'.
Leading up to the album, LISA also launched LaLisa Comics, which is publishing a companion comic book to complement her remarkable album.
