Bohan Phoenix to perform in Singapore this November

Bohan Phoenix is returning to Singapore.

Bohan Phoenix was born in China’s Hubei province and immigrated to the US at the tender age of 11, unable to speak a word of English. He fell in love with hip hop and quickly picked up the language by rapping along to his favourite music. Today, Bohan is an anomaly in music in both the American and Chinese music scenes; his inclusion of both Mandarin and English lyrics reflect his dual identity and aim to bridge the gap between the two cultures he calls home.

Bohan’s latest EP OVERSEAS includes two tracks produced by Ryan Hemsworth, features from MaSiWei of Chinese rap group Higher Brothers and  Howie Lee.

The rapper last performed to a sold-out crowd at the Cherry Discotheque in August last year. This time, Bohan will be supported by JNR and DJ Token of Matteblacc and BGourd
