BOYNEXTDOOR is back.

SUNGHO, RIWOO, JAEHYUN, TAESAN, LEEHAN and WOONHAK have returned with their second EP ‘HOW?’ on 15 April, just six months after the launch of their EP ‘WHY…’.

Aside from their lead single ‘Earth, Wind & Fire’, the EP features six songs titled ‘OUR’, ‘Amnesia’, ‘So let’s go see the stars’, ‘l i f e i s c o o l’, ‘Dear. My Darling’ and an English version of the title track.

The ‘One and Only’ act showcased their self-producing capabilities for the album, working alongside executive producer and artist ZICO and main producer Pop Time. 

Blending the artistry and characteristics of the six members, the mini-album boasts soothing sounds and “conversational lyrics” that evoke empathy in their listeners. 

This EP concludes the “first-love-trilogy” by documenting first love to first heartbreak with seamless transitions starting from their debut album WHO!,  before moving to their first EP WHY… and ending with their second EP HOW?. 

The lead single depicts the unpredictable nature of relationships, comparing it against the uncontrollable temperament of nature, hence earning the title ‘Earth, Wind & Fire’.

KitschCore elements were implemented in the music video with “vibrant sets, colourful graphics” portraying natural landscapes from glaciers to desserts and “fast-paced editing techniques”, adding a playful and whimsical feel that complements their choreography.
