Neon Lights has released its phase 2 line-up for the festival's return this November. 

Announced in the latest all-local musical line-up drop are Mediocre Haircut Crew, Fauxe, Perk Pietrek, E-TracX, The Jazz Djogets, Read Bridge Dulcimer, DJ Shellsuit, Ridz and DJ Ulysses.

The newly announced acts will be joining the likes of Interpol, Cigarettes After Sex, YUNA, Caribou, The Vaccines, Sticky Fingers, Rhye, Shame, Bodega, Phum Viphurit, Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band, Sobs and Riot !n Magenta. 

Also announced are fringe activities such as performances from Saodaçåo Capoeira Singapore, workshops from STPI Creative Workshop and Gallery and many more.
