If your dream is to tackle the high notes of 'Versace On The Floor' with Tim De Cotta in a private car, boy, do we have news for you.
Taking cues from the infamous Carpool Karaoke devised by television personality James Corden, Warner Music Singapore has teamed up with Grab to fulfill your wildest Bruno Mars karaoke fantasies with Bruno Mars: Car-aoke.
They're offering you the chance to sing various Bruno Mars songs off his latest album, 24K Magic, in a private Grab car with a random Singaporean musician or personality. You could be braggadocio of '24K Magic' with Nathan Hartono or Aarika Lee, or even duet with Sam Rui and Joie Tan on 'That's What I Like' on February 19th.
All you'll need to do is to book for a Grab car between 1-4pm using the provided Bruno Mars: Car-aoke icon. Even if you're not a big Bruno Mars fan, the ride will be free and you'll likely get to hang out with one of these personalities:
BANDWAGON TV
Nathan Hartono
Aarika Lee
Calvin Phua (Stopgap)
Dee Kosh
Fakkah Fuzz
Hirzi
Joie Tan
Sam Rui
Sara Wee (53A)
Tim De Cotta
If you're game, brush up on your falsetto game before Sunday, and if you're part of the first 1000 people to follow Topsify's playlist Love At First Listen, you'll also get a $3 coupon for GrabShare.
So, even if you can't share a ride with Aarika Lee or Dee Kosh and sign 24K Magic, you could still try and sing a song with a random stranger in a regular GrabShare ride — although we're not sure how well that would end.
