"I'm very much okay!": BTS' J-hope assures fans as he ends quarantine for COVID-19, confirmed to go to GRAMMYs

BTS' J-hope is free of COVID-19.

The multi-hyphenate shared the news himself via Weverse as he wrote a note to ARMY (fans of BTS) at midnight (30/3) to ease their worries about his health. According to fan translations, the 'Blue Side' act shares that he's "very much okay," and also reminded fans to stay healthy and take care of themselves.

In an official statement by BIGHIT MUSIC, the label confirms that the award-winning rapper has made a full recovery, and is set to join the rest of BTS in Las Vegas for a series of performances – including the 64th GRAMMY Awards.

We would like to inform you that BTS member j-hope has made a full recovery from COVID-19 and his quarantine has concluded as of today, March 30.

j-hope has been administering self-treatment at home since last Wednesday, the 23rd and as his quarantine has concluded, j-hope can resume his activities starting from today. He experienced mild symptoms of a sore throat during his quarantine, but he is recovering fast.

j-hope is scheduled for departure to participate in the Grammy Awards activities and he will adhere to COVID-19 guidelines for air travel during his departure. It has been confirmed that there is no issue regarding his participation in the Grammy Awards according to the local quarantine guidelines.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the fans who have shown concerns for our artists’ health and also to the staff members of the health authorities working tirelessly to overcome the pandemic.

We will continue to place our highest priority on the health and safety of our artists and fully cooperate with the requests and guidelines of healthcare authorities.

Last Tuesday, BTS member Jungkook also tested positive for COVID-19 as he arrived in Las Vegas earlier than his bandmates. According to BIGHIT MUSIC, his participation in the group's upcoming performances will be determined soon. Meanwhile, Jin, who recently underwent surgery for his index finger, was seen departing for the U.S. with his left hand in a cast as he recovers from his injury. 

BTS are set to perform 'Butter' at the GRAMMY Awards this April, and as well as play a sold-out 4-night residency titled PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LAS VEGAS at the Allegiant Stadium.
