Happy Jimin Day!

This 13 October, Jimin of BTS (who fans lovingly call Mochi or Chim Chim) is celebrating his 27^th birthday and what's a birthday without a party? The BTS ARMY are throwing celebrations all throughout the month of October in honour of the talented vocalist and dancer. 

From fundraisers for human trafficking victims and charity drives for underprivileged communities to fountain shows and art installations aptly named "Jimin Land", ARMY worldwide are pulling out all the stops for the 'Serendipity' singer. Check out some of them below. 

CHARITY FUNDRAISERS

To many BTS fans all over the world, Jimin is love personified with the singer constantly reminding ARMY to not only love and care for themselves but for others as well. In the spirit of the singer's birthday, several fan clubs have put together charity drives and fundraisers to spread the love and give back to communities in need. 

Celebrating Jimin's birthday with #ReachOutWithJimin, a 5-day fundraiser supporting Reaching Out Romania, an NGO that helps human trafficking and sexual exploitation victims with shelter and reintegration into society.

INSTALLATIONS

Welcome to Jimin Land! Earlier this month, to ring in what fans refer to as Jimtober, Korean BTS ARMY put together a three-day festival that featured various installations including a recreation of Jimin's room from BE.

If there's anything Jimin is, it's elegant and to show that to the world, fans from Peru put on a magical presentation at Lima's The Fantasy Fountain show to highlight the singer's incredible talents and artistry.

What's a K-pop birthday without some billboards? From LED screens at New York City's Time Square to buses that roam around Busan, fans want people everyone to know exactly whose month it is. 

Jimin's birthday ad can now be spotted on multiple screens in New York Times Square!

The ad is displayed on an 18K sq. foot screen known to be the largest single LED with the best resolution in the Square.
