BTS' RM to share his "diary" in first official solo album, 'Indigo,' this December

BTS' RM is finally set to release his first official solo album this year.

An early Christmas present for fans, the new album titled Indigo is slated for release on 2 December, 2 PM KST.

In a press release, BIGHIT Music shares that Indigo is about "the stories and experiences RM has gone through, like a diary." The upcoming record is also said to feature collaborations with different artists. The award-winning artist has a slew of impressive collaborations under his belt from 'Sexy Nukim' with Balming Tiger to 'Don't' with eAeon.

The album is available in two versions: Book version which comes in CD format, and the Weverse Album version, a digital code. Pre-orders for Indigo begin on 15 November, 11 AM KST via Weverse Shop.

The prolific songwriter, who also refers to himself as a "rapper and a poet," has previously released critically acclaimed mixtapes throughout the years, including the self-titled RM, and introspective mono.
