BTS made their long-awaited return to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with a pair of landmark performances filmed at New York’s Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.
Across 25 and 26 March on The Tonight Show, the global pop icons performed 'SWIM' and '2.0' from their new album ARIRANG, marking their first U.S. late-night appearance since the album’s release.
Set against the Guggenheim’s iconic rotunda and spiralling ramps, the back-to-back stages turned the museum into an immersive performance space. 'SWIM' saw the members descend toward the central stage in a striking opening moment, while '2.0' unfolded across multiple levels with ARMY filling the ramps around them.
The group also sat down with Jimmy Fallon for their first late-night interview since reuniting, where they reflected on coming back together as seven, shared stories from the making of ARIRANG, and surprised fans with a heartfelt on-air interaction. Jin summed up the reunion simply, saying it felt like being back with family.
BTS also teased their upcoming BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG, even inviting Fallon to catch their East Rutherford stop.
