Caldecott Music Group (CMG), the Singapore-headquartered global music company, has announced a strategic partnership with the ISNI International Agency (ISNI-IA), becoming an official ISNI Registration Agency. The move places CMG at the forefront of creator identity management across music and media.

ISNI (International Standard Name Identifier) is the ISO-certified global standard for uniquely identifying creators and contributors across creative industries. CMG’s adoption of ISNI supports more accurate attribution, discovery, and rights tracking for creators in today’s evolving, tech-driven landscape.

Through its portfolio—BandLab Technologies (BandLab, ReverbNation, Cakewalk, Airbit), NME Networks (NME, Guitar.com, MusicTech), and Vista Musical Instruments (Harmony, Heritage Guitars, MONO)—CMG supports over 100 million creators worldwide. Integrating ISNI across this ecosystem reinforces CMG’s commitment to fair recognition for artists, producers, writers, journalists, and others shaping how music is made and shared.

“At a time when creators are building borderless, multi-hyphenate careers, trusted identity must remain human-first,” said Meng Ru Kuok, CEO and Founder of CMG. “We see ISNI as a foundational tool for equity and collaboration across platforms, ensuring every contributor is discoverable and properly credited.”

Tim Devenport, Executive Director of ISNI-IA, added, “CMG’s creator-first approach makes them an ideal partner to help expand ISNI’s reach and support global attribution standards.”

This partnership reflects a shared vision for a more open, inclusive, and interoperable creative ecosystem—where every creative voice can be uniquely identified and celebrated.
