Catch The Young are heading into their first UK and European tour with a heavier sound. Released on 20 October, their new single ‘PARANOIA’ moves beyond the band’s pop-alternative roots towards anthemic hard rock, pairing that shift with a message about confronting fear and self-doubt.

All five members share composition credits on the track, with NAMHYUN and KIHOON co-writing its lyrics and JUNGMO designing the single’s cover art. The song centres on finding the confidence to push past personal limits and step into unfamiliar territory, a fitting theme as the band prepare to take their music to new audiences.

“‘PARANOIA’ is a bold, energetic track. Thinking about performing it with all of our fans at the shows already gets my heart racing,” NAMHYUN shared. “I really want to play it live as soon as possible.”

That opportunity comes in November, when the band embark on CATCH THE YOUNG 2026 EUROPE TOUR IGNITE EVOLVE in partnership with live performance platform FRONTROW. The run follows their appearance as a headliner at K-INDIE ON FESTIVAL 2026 in Berlin, bringing them back to Europe with new material.

For SANI, the prospect of visiting the UK is a particular draw. “There’s the curiosity of going somewhere we haven’t been, and especially the thought of going to the UK, the home of band music, makes it even more exciting,” he said. “I hope we can put on our best shows together with our fans in Europe as well.”
