Techno icon Jeff Mills is headed to Singapore on 30 May for Jeff Mills 30 Year Anniversary: Live at Liquid Room Mix, a special tribute to one of the most enduring recordings in dance music history.
Staged at RASA Space, the event marks the 30th anniversary of Mills’ legendary 1995 Live at Liquid Room set in Tokyo — a performance that has since become a touchstone for techno devotees around the world.
The night begins with a screening of the original Liquid Room performance at 9:45 PM, after doors to The Floor open at 9 PM. From there, Jeff Mills will step up at 10:15 PM to continue the journey live on vinyl, carrying the spirit of that iconic set into the present.
He will return for two sets across the night, with local stalwarts Haan and loopinmotion taking over in between for a back-to-back session steeped in techno, hi-tech funk, and warehouse energy. Earlier in the evening, The Hall will spotlight Rocky Chann, LTLX, and Brayden Peter, who will set the tone with grooves spanning house, techno, and beyond.
