ChillFest @ The Green, slated to take place next weekend, on 19 October, will no longer be taking place. 

The festival promoter has announced that the festival will not be moving forward next weekend, stating in a press release that the "projected turnout is below the threshold for viability." Check out an except of the press release below. 

With a heavy heart, we regret to announce that ChillFest@ The Green has been cancelled. This decision has not come lightly, and we have put in our all to try to avoid this unfortunate outcome despite incredible support and feedback surrounding this first-of-its-kind festival concept

We greatly appreciate the enthusiasm and interest that everyone has shown towards the event. We wanted to give everyone a great event and extensive preparation was made to deliver what would have been an unbelievable fan experience, however to date, the projected turnout is below the threshold for viability.

To all of our event partners and sponsors, we sincerely apologize for the unexpected occurrence of the event. The team is currently working on all issues and rest assured, an update in details will be provided soon. Thank you from the depths of our team for your support and patience.

To get your refunds, ticket-holders are required to get in touch with the organisers via info@chill-fest.com with the following details: Please key in <Ticket Purchaser’s Full Name> space <Ticket Purchaser’s Email Address > space <contact number> space <ticket number/transaction number> and send to info@chill-fest.com

Ticket-holders will be given a full refund. E-mails to ticket-holders will commence 19 October to 31 October 2019. Refunds will be sent out within 14 working days from the date of the above mentioned mail with your details. Organizers will not entertain any refund request after the Refund Period. Please ensure the information provided is accurate. Complimentary tickets are not applicable for refunds.
