The jolly Christmas season is finally upon us! Christian Bautista has teamed up with Philippines' "Lumpia Queen" Abi Marquez to put their own twist on the seasonal hit 'Let Love Be the Gift' by Jose Mari Chan.
Produced by Christian himself and composed by the legendary Homer Flores, the track embodies the Christmas spirit as it is packed with warmth, kindness, and togetherness. Since Abi is a talent under NYMA Talent Management, which is headed by Christian, this sweet duet comes as no surprise.
The choice to feature Abi was truly a no-brainer, as she has always harboured a quiet love for music before she skyrocketed to fame on the internet. Her natural softness and genuineness in her vocals made her the perfect fit to make the track the ultimate Christmas-time banger.

Throughout the recording process, Abi received guidance from Christian to harness her best vocals and to let her voice shine on the song. Christian recalls working with Abi and her progress as a musician as he expresses, “Christmas has always been about love, family, and sharing joy. To sing this song again, this time with Abi, feels like a gift in itself. She’s proving herself to be a multidimensional talent, and I hope people will enjoy listening to this side of her.”
Abi also reflects on her opportunity to pursue a longtime dream of hers through being a featured artist on the track as she says, “I never imagined I’d get to record a song—much less a Christmas song with Christian! It was such a dream come true, and I hope people feel the joy we felt while making it.”
