'CreatorWeek 2024' to land in Singapore this May with live music performances, workshops, and more

CreatorWeek 2024, a week-long conference for creators, musicians, artists, and entertainment industry professionals, will arrive in Singapore next month. 

Scheduled to be held at Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore from 7 May to 11 May, the event from Branded will connect creatives with fans, brands, and executives via workshops, live music performances, and opportunities for networking. 

The year's conference will include three tracks for attendees to select from on 8 May and 9 May —  Music Matters, CreatorWorld, and the newly added AI Matters.

CreatorWeek 2024 will host over 50 international industry speakers, including Calvin Wong, CEO, Southeast Asia & SVP, Asia, Universal Music, Paul Smith, Managing Director, YouTube Music, APAC, Mike McCabe, Managing Director, International Publishing, Epic Games, Dona Inthaxoum, Head of Music Label Partnerships APAC at META, and Priya Dewan, Founder & CEO, Gig Life Pro.

BANDWAGON TV

Back for its 19th edition, Music Matters will offer insights into current music industry trends, challenges, and innovations through keynotes from YouTube Music, Believe, and Caldecott Music Group, a series of sessions on the music scenes of Australia, Japan, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, and a session on global music streaming fraud.

A track that will serve as a platform for creators, artists, and executives to network and work together, CreatorWorld will feature talks on what lies ahead for the creator economy, new trends, and how creators can build successful businesses.

It will host sessions with Mediacorp, Bloomr.SG!, and BENlabs CEO Ricky Ray Butler, and a talk on gaming creators.

At AI Matters, guests will be able to find out more about AI's impact on the music business and content creation and learn new ways to express themselves artistically, engage with their audiences, and grow their businesses in the process.

The conference will also spotlight creators such as YouTuber, singer-songwriter, and producer William Singe and content creator, artist, and entrepreneur Sarah Renae Clark.

What's more, CreatorWeek 2024's Music Matters Live will bring more than 50 fast-rising music artists to CQ @ Clarke Quay for a series of free live performances from 8 May to 11 May.

Acts who are set to make appearances include Japanese boy band PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE, Indonesian band Good Morning Everyone, Singaporean R&B artist Josh Makazo, Indian singer-songwriter Dhruv Visvanath, and Thai act LEMONY.
