D’ESPAIRSRAY return with first new single in 16 years, ‘RAPTURE’ — watch

D’ESPAIRSRAY are back with new music. The internationally acclaimed Japanese heavy rock band have released their new single, ‘RAPTURE’, marking their first new single in 16 years.

The release follows the band’s reunion announcement in 2025, as well as the sold-out status of their upcoming one-man show at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo on 4 May — six months ahead of the concert.

Alongside the single, D’ESPAIRSRAY have also shared the official music video for ‘RAPTURE’. The track sees the band ushering in a new era, powered by heavy riffs, relentless rhythms, and HIZUMI’s signature vocals.

The release also comes alongside the announcement of D’ESPAIRSRAY’s first-ever performances in both Mexico (7 February 2027) and Chile (4 February 2027), marking another major milestone in the band’s global expansion.
