Delinquent Society releases '8000WABAD' as first single under Diorama FM — watch

Davao hip-hop trio Delinquent Society has released their first track under Diorama FM with the fiery and passionate track '8000WABAD'.

'8000WABAD' captures the group's mission, vision, and purpose, setting the stage for how they fit into the Philippines' quickly developing music scene. The trio channels their strong-rooted values of determination, grit, and authenticity that they aim to stick to with every upcoming project. The lyrics embody the group's thirst to stay true to their humble beginnings, never forgetting where they came from, even as they rise to the top of the charts with lyrics such as, “Number ko 8-0-0-0 tawag samin hero. Got the sauce that's a fact bruh ‘di mi hambugiro.”

“These lines really represent the very essence of Delinquent Society as a group. We know we have the 'sauce' or what it takes to take it further, but we don't brag about it on social media, etc. We just show it through our product and consistently show up whenever it matters the most. We're not like these other groups that talk a lot; thus, "di mi hambugiro." We just want to represent where we're from, and for that, the city looks at us like heroes,” the trio further explains.
