The prolific K-pop event, Dream Concert, is slated to make its first return to the live stage for the first time in three years.
The 28th edition of the largest K-pop concert in the history of Korea will be held in Seoul on 18 June. For the last two years, Dream Concert took their highly anticipated performances to the online stage for fans all across the globe.
"We will do our utmost to prepare a concert that can breathe new life into our nation’s concert industry, which has been dampened recently [by the COVID-19 pandemic], and to provide the many K-pop fans all over the world who have been anxiously waiting for Dream Concert with meaningful and touching memories that can last a long time," said Im Baek-woon, president of the Korea Entertainment Producers Association.
Co-hosted by the Korean Tourism Organization, the event has also assured that they will be taking the most careful measures to maintain safety and health conditions for Dream Concert to give local and international fans the best possible experience they could have.
Taking place at Jamsil Olympic Stadium Seoul, artists like DREAMCATCHER, Red Velvet, NCT Dream, IVE, NMIXX, and many more will be performing onstage on 18 June, 6 PM KST.
