Universal Music Group Philippines announces relaunch of EMI Records Philippines with Hale, Dionela, CHNDTR, Gracenote, and more

EMI Records is back in the Philippines.

Universal Music Group Philippines has announced the relaunch of the legendary label in Philippine shoes to provide grassroots support for local artists and develop the careers of rising artists through its regional and global netwok.

EMI Records records was originally established in 2002, spearheading the rise of Sandwich, Sugarfree, Hale, The Dawn, Kyla, Lea Salonga, and Bamboo and what would become their legacy in the years that followed.

The relaunch of the label in 2024 offers another shining light for the local music industry, as it now represents its diverse roster, featuring Hale, Dionela, Daniel Paringit, CHNDTR, Gracenote, the up-and-coming artists who won The Voice KidsElha Nympha, Cydel Gabutero, and Shane Bernabe, along with rising acts Miss Ramonne, Gabriel Tagadtad, Dave Trinidad, Jenzen Guino, Patrick Quiroz, and waltz.
