ENHYPEN’s 2nd studio album ROMANCE : UNTOLD re-entered the Billboard 200 at No. 7, for its 13th week on the chart after its first entry in July.
The rise back to top 10 is attributed to the impressive week of sales the group has had with the repackage edition of the full-length album, which reached the staggering sales figure of 1.4 million copies in one week, and became the biggest-selling repackage edition of an album in K-pop history.
The feat follows a series of major milestones in the K-pop powerhouse’s strong upward trajectory, including the recent announcement of their Coachella debut slated for 2025. ENHYPEN were also named ‘Top Global K-pop Artist’ and ‘Top K-pop Touring Artist’ finalists for the 2024 Billboard Music Awards, following their world tour FATE PLUS in 2024 through which the seven-piece act made their momentous U.S. stadium debut.
Prior to the repackage edition, the original studio album hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200, earning the band their first top 3 entry on the chart. Album sales for the release surpassed their previous record by 30,000 units, set with their previous EP ORANGE BLOOD released in November 2023. ROMANCE : UNTOLD sold more than 2.3 million copies worldwide in its first week, with 1.8 million copies sold on the first day alone.
