Ampverse's mission to strengthen the county's local gaming and sports ecosystem has started.

With offices in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and India, Asia's fastest-growing esports and web3 company is investing over PHP 1 million in the Philippines' gaming scene, talent, commerce, and web3.

Kickstarting this investment is Ampverse signing Minana, a team consisting of the "most successful amateur esports team in Mobile Legends history."

The Filipino word for inherited, Minana aims to become the leading youth lifestyle and gaming brand in the country. Its vision is to ignite passion in the Filipino youth and to set their sights on greatness, regardless of background or socio-economic standing.

“The gaming scene in the Philippines is flourishing; over the past several years, we have
witnessed incredible developments and the landscape is now ripe for further growth and
success," said Ferdinand Gutierrez, CEO of Ampverse. "As a Filipino myself, I’m excited to go back to my roots and build something special in this thriving market. My mission is to grow the Filipino gaming ecosystem to world-class status.”

Wanting to inspire its community by building innovative IP, Ampverse has quite a diverse portfolio, including bespoke metaverse experiences and gaming collectibles. They also own some of the world's best esports teams, influential gaming talent, and a Play-and-Earn guild. Ampverse is also primed to launch in Indonesia later this year.
