American rock heavyweights Evanescence are set to make their long-awaited return to Malaysia, with a one-night-only concert in Kuala Lumpur this November. Marking their first performance in the country in 14 years, the show will also serve as the band’s sole Southeast Asian stop on their upcoming run.
Fronted by Amy Lee, the Grammy-winning outfit will take the stage at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil on 28 November. Known for their blend of gothic rock, soaring orchestration, and Lee’s unmistakable vocals, Evanescence have remained a defining force in alternative rock for over two decades.

Fans can expect a set packed with era-defining hits such as ‘Bring Me To Life’ and ‘My Immortal’, alongside newer material. The performance comes shortly after the band released a new single, offering a preview of their forthcoming studio album due out this June—making the Kuala Lumpur show one of the first chances in the region to hear their latest work live.
The concert is organised by Hello Universe, the promoter behind recent large-scale shows including My Chemical Romance’s sold-out residency. Attendees can anticipate a full-fledged production, with the band’s signature mix of cinematic visuals and powerful live instrumentation set to take centre stage.
Tickets will go on sale from 8 May at 10 AM via GoLive.
