Japanese genre-bending sensation Fujii Kaze has released his third studio album Prema via Republic Records.

The title Prema, meaning "supreme love" in Sanskrit, encapsulates the album's spiritual core. “It’s more than just music for me, it’s a lifestyle,” shares Kaze. “With this record, I wanted to be love itself — selfless, spiritual, and supreme love — Prema.”

Alongside the release, Kaze dropped the official music video for ‘Prema’, filmed in Thailand where he spent time at an elephant sanctuary. The visual pairs sweeping cinematography with one of his most vulnerable performances yet.

The nine-track English-language album features previously released singles like the poignant ‘Hachikō’ and the cinematic ‘Love Like This’. Prema is available now in standard CD, vinyl, and a limited first edition with a bonus disc Pre: Prema, which includes fan-favourites ‘Feelin’ Go(o)d’, ‘Michi Teyu Ku (Overflowing)’, and a new unreleased track ‘It’s Alright’.

This release follows a career-defining summer for the 27-year-old artist. From sold-out shows across Europe to a record-breaking U.S. tour — including the Greek Theatre in LA and appearances at Lollapalooza and Outside Lands — Kaze is in full global takeover mode. With 260,000 fans vying for LA tickets, and 70,000 in San Diego, demand for his North American tour (continuing through October) is unmatched.

Most recently, he appeared as a special guest during Billie Eilish’s Tokyo stop on HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR.
