Radio Republic, Not Your Typical and It's Happening Events present FREAKS COME OUT, happening on October 29, 6 pm at 4th floor, Events Hall, Century City Mall. Featuring live music by Sandwich, Rivermaya, Kjwan, Imago, Apartel, Autotelic, Mr. Bones & The Boneyard Circus, Flying Ipis, Heavy Boogie, Brigada, Sud, Skarm, Miles Experience, Stereodeal, One Click Straight, Asch and more. Join Indie Manila's Halloween Edition of Elusive Silence! Drop by Route 196 on October 29, 8 pm in your disco fever best and catch performances by the Itchyworms, Tandems 91, Maya's Anklet, The Espasouls and Brass Pas Pas Pas. Door charge is 200 PHP (when in costume), 300 PHP (no costume). 

I Know What You Did Last Halloween

The annual Terno Recordings and Time Halloween party turns 5 this year! Catch the Ternoman (Toti Dalmacion) himself along with fellow Groove Nation pioneer Cyril Yarisantos and Time Residents Alinep and Martin Lugtu. Entrance is free if you come in costume! Otherwise, it's 500 PHP with one free drink. Doors open at 11 pm. 

Film vs Television: A Halloween Weekend Celebration

Today x Future's yearly halloween party is back and this year's theme is Film vs Television. Straight Outta Hell: A Halloween Dance Ball

XX XX presents Kevin Saunderson for Straight Outta Hell: A Halloween Dance Ball. The techno pioneer makes his return to Manila on Hallow's Eve with Samantha NicoleNicky Jurado and Mulan. Doors open at 9 pm, entrance is 800 PHP before 11 pm and 1,200 PHP after 11 pm.

The 11th Surfing Break presents Music Carnival

If you're heading to La Union or Elyu (L.U., as the locals call it) for the long weekend, drop by the Music Carnival! Organised by Logiclub, the collective will also be bringing in some of Manila's indie acts on October 29Oh, Flamingo!, She's Only Sixteen, Jensen and the Flips, Bin5, Pillow Talk will be playing alongside Logiclub mainstays CRWN, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Arthur Tan and more.

Fright Club

Grrrl ScoutPinoytuner and Jam 88.3  team up for a Halloween special at Craft Rock and Grill on Monday, October 31. Fright Club features performances by Sandwich, Pedicab, Cheats and Autotelic. Cheats will also be launching a new music video (drop by to find out which one!). The festivities will be hosted by All Good Radio hosts Lambert and Jobim (fresh off their 24 hour radio takeover of Jam 88.3). No costume, no entry. 

Prelude to Surfstock Arts & Music Festival

If you happen to be in surfing town Baler for the Halloween weekend, check out Prelude to Surfstock: Arts & Music Festival on Saturday, October 29. Presented by Charlie Does, the festival promises to be "a chance to learn new creative outlets, to create artistic connections with kindered souls, and to be close to the ocean".  Aside from art workshops, drum circles, board games and other activities, the festival also features live music from a mix of musicians from Manila, Baler and Baguio. Pre-selling tickets are priced at 300 PHP. Tickets at the door are available for 400 PHP. Locals get a discounted rate of 250 PHP. Ticket details here.

Paliwanag Convergence & Music Festival

A retreat for the music lover's soul, Paliwang Convergence & Music Festival is way more than your typical music festival. Happening in Tagaytay from October 28 to 31, the four-day event features live music by The Chimichangas, Rizza Cabrera, Martti Franca, Sary Valenzuela, Ryoku, Ninno, Six the Northstar, Dante and Aries as well as workshops, free jam & dance, yoga, sound healing and more.
