Dubbed as "The Ultimate Weekend" Ombak will also offer many events and activities beyond music.

Guests can experience food and beverages by some of Southeast Asia's top chefs and mixologists such as Ember Beach Club Brunch by Chef Andrew Walsh, Kitchen Takeover by Carbon KL, Latin Street Flavours by Feliz, and Flavours of Borneo by Reka:bar, Vér, and Chocha Foodstore.

Visual arts and crafts celebrating Malaysia’s and the region’s artistic heritage will also be spotlighted. Look out for the fluid metal sculptures of Abdul Multhalib Musa, the participatory Shore Debris Table installation of Ernest Goh of Ayer Ayer, a fashion and lifestyle collection curated by Dia Guild, and socially conscious artisanal designs at Lokal Market.

Finally, this family-friendly event also welcomes children through Ombak Kids. Programmes include a variety of interactive workshops, thrilling games, and engaging entertainment.

"Ombak Festival embodies Desaru Coast’s values, offering vibrant, high-quality events with a distinctly Malaysian flair. It’s an international festival with a Malaysian soul, featuring diverse elements from local and international performances. With more than 50 events, it’s a festival for all ages, promoting eco-conscious art and wide and diverse culinary collaborations," explains director Karina Ridzuan.
