We sent him a couple of emojis, he replied saying ‘ain’t no way boy’, and the rest is history. We had a feeling that it would be a lot of fun to work with him on something. So we went into our session in London with excitement, and we were right to do so."

They also added the surprisingly easy process that the three of them had while creating 'folding chairs on the moon' as they describe it, just falling out of them and being almost completely fleshed out in just a day, which emphasizes how naturally the flow of the song came to the trio.

grentperez seconds the sentiment behind how simple the track was to create as he muses, "We wrote ‘folding chairs on the moon’ in no time at all, say 3 hours? Writing about a sort of escape to the stars, to depart and detach from this earth to be with someone you love, alone, a ‘dream’ scenario. Safe to say we’re dreamers, HONNE and I. We ate mind-blowingly good almonds from Indonesia, ordered some takeout, played some cute bitty-boopy instruments, recorded my verse and chorus, and called it a day."
