TikTok’s biggest breakout creators-turned-musicians Hattus and Eunice Rain have officially broken the internet with their playful new single ‘Kahit 1 month pa lang’, released under Off The Record and Sony Music Philippines.
The duo first teased the song with a short clip that went viral overnight, earning over 9.6 million views and inspiring more than 70,000 recreations in just a few days. Its instantly catchy opening line, “Gusto kita, pwede na ba? Maging tayo kahit 1 month pa lang?” (“I like you, can we be together even if it’s only been a month?”), has quickly become the internet’s latest kilig anthem — soundtracking confessions, crush edits, and moments of sweet chaos across TikTok.
After its massive online buzz, ‘Kahit 1 month pa lang’ debuted on Spotify’s New Music Friday Philippines, solidifying Hattus and Eunice Rain as rising voices in modern OPM who blur the lines between creator culture and heartfelt songwriting.
Originally written by Hattus (Setheo Laguerta) back in high school, the song found new life when Eunice Rain, an 18-year-old singer-songwriter inspired by beabadoobee, Eraserheads, Olivia Rodrigo, and Kitchie Nadal, brought her sincerity and sparkle into the mix.
Together, their chemistry feels effortless — Hattus, whose dreamy, vignette-like storytelling blurs reality and reverie, meets Eunice Rain, whose gentle vocals turn fleeting feelings into melody. The result is a duet that feels like a conversation between two people falling for each other too fast, too soon — flirty, nostalgic, and unfiltered in its honesty.
