HYBE throws the net as it begins a search for an elite handful of next generation music producers through the Next New Creator global audition. BIGHIT MUSIC, BELIFT LAB, PLEDIS Entertainment, YX LABELS and HYBE JAPAN are also participating in this year's audition.
With all these labels looking for new talented creators to transitionally take the reins of music production, it gives them the chance to not only work with the multitude of acclaimed bands on their roster, but an opportunity for their music to shine on a global music stage.
The audition is open to aspiring pop music producers aged 18 and above inviting applicants to submit two to five demo tracks that encapsulate their musical artistry. Across multiple rounds, entries will be judged on creativity, distinctive musical identity, and an understanding of global music trends, with successful finalists earning KRW 5 million and the chance to work with one of HYBE's participating labels.
With Next New Creator, HYBE aims to cultivate the next wave of producers and strengthen its global creative ecosystem by collaborating with exceptional music talent. By opening its doors to aspiring creators from around the world, the initiative offers a rare opportunity for emerging producers to develop their craft alongside some of the industry's biggest labels while shaping the future of global pop music.
