TUIDE are giving fans their first look at all seven members in action. The new girl group unveiled Meet my GRLS, TUIDE, their first performance video ahead of their official debut. The visual features 'GRLS', a track from their upcoming debut EP, TUNE & PLAY, which arrives on 24 August.
Made up of SEOHEE, SEOYEON, ELENA, JIA, SAKI, SEAH, and YI HANI, TUIDE are the first act from ABD, HYBE MUSIC GROUP’s new label specialising in girl group production.
Built around an energetic garage rhythm, 'GRLS' introduces the seven members one by one before bringing their individual personalities together through its recurring “Meet my girls / Me & my girls” hook. Its choreography draws from house, hip-hop, and soul, while the video moves between colourful interconnected spaces to spotlight each member.
According to the group, the song embodies what they call their “bestie-tude” — a confidence rooted in individuality and the friendship shared between the members, who hail from Korea, the U.S., the U.K., and Japan.
TUIDE take their name from the phrase “Tune the Tide,” reflecting the group’s ambition to transform the different “tides” they encounter into new forms of joy through music.
