Beloved outdoor party collective Ice Cream Sundays (ICS) will kick off its 10 Years of ICS celebrations with a special b2b set from Indonesian selectors Munir and Varumi at Tanjong Pagar Distripark on 28 February.
Marking the first event in a year-long anniversary series, ICS is taking it back to where it all began—nostalgic visuals, explosive grooves, and unexpected venues—but this time, bigger and bolder. For this opening night, they’re bringing together two of the region’s most genre-fluid and eclectic DJs, who also happen to be husband and wife.

Munir, best known as one of Southeast Asia’s top crate diggers, weaves everything from funk and boogie to house, disco, and global grooves. Alongside him is Varumi, a multidisciplinary creative who curates her DJ sets like cinematic scenes—blending house, electro, jazz, and beyond into a warm and whimsical narrative.
Their chemistry on the decks is more than just musical. Sparks first flew between the pair at Sunda Festival 2023 in Singapore (co-organized by ICS), and fast forward three years, the couple is returning to the city, now married, to share a stage once again.
“It’s honestly quite touching to know that we were a part of Munir and Varumi’s love story,” said ICS co-founder Jake Camacho. “The last time we hosted them, they hardly knew each other. Now… they’re married!”
Joining the lineup are ICS residents Bongomann, Muto, and Toppings, who’ll warm things up with their signature soulful selections. In true ICS fashion, the production will also be a standout. This edition will reimagine the very first Ice Cream Sundays event—Ice Cream Sundays: Vol. 1—which took place on a humble rooftop in Geylang. Expect vibrant stage design from the crew’s visual dream team: Mischief Maker, Jen O’Connor, Worm.Grrl, and UmamiFX.
