Hanumankind recently came out of a year-long hiatus with brand new single called 'Big Dawgs' - but we're betting even the acclaimed South Indian rapper couldn't have anticipated how massive his comeback would be.

Over the past 4 weeks, the music video directed by Bijoy Shetty has racked up well over 26.4 million views on YouTube. The wild MV took Internet by storm thanks to its dizzying videography and high-octane stunts, featuring motorcycles and cars drive along cylindrical walls in a popular Indian attraction called the “Well of Death".

'Big Dawgs' has also earned more than 32.4 million streams on Spotify — holding the number 1 spot on the Viral Songs Global chart since 26 July — and is still being constantly shared all across TikTok, X, and Instagram.

Produced by longtime collaborator Kalmi, the song has propelled the Indian hip-hop scene to the forefront of the global stage, earning admirers far beyond the South Asian diaspora.

"We made 'Big Dawgs' way early this year, but it felt right to be the next release. The energy, the power, the grit. We wanted to create something that speaks to my journey and to that of all the others taking risks in life," Hanumankind shares.

Kalmi echoes that sentiment by saying, "This track is raw, unapologetic, and truly a testament to Hanumankind’s talent and resilience. I’m excited for the world to hear what we've created together."
