Grammy-nominated American rapper-singer J.I.D is officially heading to Asia in 2026 with the highly anticipated God Does Like World Tours. Presented by Eventim Live Asia, the Asia leg of the tour sees J.I.D performing in Bangkok on 26 May, Kuala Lumpur on 28 May, Seoul on 1 June, and Tokyo on 3 June.

J.I.D, born in East Atlanta, made his breakthrough with the DiCaprio EP in 2015 that was in collaboration with hip-hop duo EARTHGANG. The track caught the attention of J. Cole, who signed him to Dreamville/Interscope Records. His debut The Never Story and sophomore album DiCaprio 2 cemented his reputation, leading to a spot in XXL’s Freshmen class. He gained further acclaim with Revenge of the Dreamers III, earning Grammy nominations, and skyrocketed with Imagine Dragons’ hit 'Enemy' from Netflix’s Arcane.
In 2022, his album The Forever Story was hailed a classic, debuting at #12 on the Billboard Hot 200 and producing the viral 3x Platinum track 'Surround Sound'.
This year, J.I.D released his fourth studio album God Does Like Ugly, following the single 'WRK' and Preluxe edition featuring 'Animals' with Eminem. The record includes collaborations with Clipse, Ciara, Ty Dolla $ign, Vince Staples, Jessie Reyez, Westside Gunna, and more.
A dynamic live performer, J.I.D has sold out shows worldwide and played major festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Bonnaroo. With God Does Like World Tours, visiting Asia, he marks some of his biggest solo shows in the region to date.
