The heart of JAM OFF 2025 beats inside Universal Studios Singapore, where concerts take over the theme park in a unique mash-up of pop and pulse. Leading the line-up is Rain, the South Korean icon known for his unmatched stage charisma and genre-defying discography.

Joining him are some of Hong Kong, China’s biggest music names: Ekin Cheng, a fan-favourite actor and singer; Hins Cheung, celebrated for his powerhouse vocals; Stephy Tang, who blends pop sweetness with emotional depth; rising vocalist JC, and indie rockers Nowhere Boys, known for their cinematic sound.

Festivalgoers can also access select Halloween Horror Nights 13 experiences throughout the park, amplifying the adrenaline on and off stage.

Tickets for the concerts open for public sale on 22 August at 12 PM via KLOOK.

“With this year’s line-up, we’re bringing together some of Asia’s most dynamic talents for an unforgettable weekend of music, culture, and entertainment,” said Evette Chan, Event Director of Destinations Network Tourism and Leisure Marketing Ltd.

At Palawan Green, the spotlight shifts to rising stars as JAM OFF’s signature talent contests return.

  • JAM OFF VOICE (27 September) brings aspiring vocalists to the stage, performing in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. Contestants will be judged by a regional panel including Singaporean beatboxer Dharni Ng, Hong Kong, China soprano Hedy Chan, and local entertainer Allen Moo. A Judges’ Winner and Live Votes’ Winner will be crowned, with prizes including cash and round-trip flights to the next JAM OFF stop.

  • JAM OFF BEATS (28 September) features high-octane 2vs2 dance battles in Breaking and All Style categories, with top regional crews going head-to-head.

VOICE registrations run until 12 September, while BEATS registration is open from 17 August to 26 September via the Diggin app.

Evette Chan added, “We are excited to bring back our signature JAM OFF VOICE and BEATS Contest following last year’s success. This year, we hope to provide even more young talents from around the world with a platform to showcase their passion and take their dreams to the next level.”

Beyond the stage, Palawan Green will be transformed into a full-blown festival village. Visitors can dive into interactive games, race-themed treats, and live showcases from VOICE and BEATS finalists, alongside guest acts from Singapore and Hong Kong, China.

It’s an all-ages celebration of rhythm, movement, and creative energy — the perfect prelude to Singapore’s biggest weekend in motorsport. For the full programme, ticketing details, and updates, follow @jamoff_official on Instagram or their Xiao Hong Shu page.
