Jason Zhang has kicked off a new chapter with 'Game Changer', his first release since entering a strategic partnership with Universal Music Greater China and his personal label, Planet Culture.
Written, composed, and produced by Zhang, the new single brings him together with an international production team featuring Blood, Sweat & Tears founding member Bobby Colomby and musician Jesus Molina. The release pairs a rock-driven sound with Zhang's signature vocal style.
The track also serves as the theme song for the newly upgraded Jason Zhang FUTURE·LIVE — Leave For 1982 World Tour. Zhang debuted the song live at the tour's opening show in Hangzhou on 11 September, before its China release on 12 September and worldwide release on 17 September.
'Game Changer' follows Zhang's recent creative sessions in the United States and marks the first music to emerge from his new partnership with Universal Music Greater China.
