John Mayer thanks Indonesian fans with live rendition of 'You’re Gonna Live Forever In Me': "Thank you, Indonesia, for breathing new life into this very special song."

John Mayer is thanking his Indonesian fans. 

For the last couple of months, fans in Indonesia have played the soft rock icon's 'You're Gonna Live Forever In Me' nonstop, making it his most streamed song for a great portion of 2022. As a way to give back and show his gratitude, Mayer shared a live snippet of the 2017 track on Instagram. 

"There’s nothing like a song finding a home in people’s hearts years after it was released. Thank you, Indonesia, for breathing new life into this very special song," he writes on Instagram.
