Kenshi Yonezu and Hikaru Utada are shaking up the anime world with a powerful visual for their joint track 'JANE DOE', the ending theme from Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc.

The fully animated music video breathes new life into the film’s story, spotlighting the bittersweet connection between Denji and Reze. Opening with a rainy phone booth encounter, the music video paints a tender but doomed picture of their bond — now made even more poignant with newly reanimated scenes from the movie.

The drop arrives as Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc continues its global box office reign, screening in over 100 countries. Alongside the MV release, Yonezu’s opening theme 'IRIS OUT' just hit 100 million Spotify streams, after debuting in the Top 5 of the Billboard Global 200 and peaking at No. 2 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart.

'JANE DOE', meanwhile, landed at No. 10 on the same chart — making Yonezu the first Japanese artist to have two tracks in the Top 10 simultaneously.

Not stopping there, his fan-favorite series opener 'KICK BACK' just crossed the 500 million streams milestone on Spotify and remains the first Japanese-language song to be certified Platinum by the RIAA.
