14 June was a night to remember for fans in Bicol as rising Korean star Kim Won Shik took the stage at the Bicol Music Festival with an unforgettable performance that blended music, charm, and plenty of kilig. Best known for his role as Daniel Park in the Filipino adaptation of What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?, Won Shik stepped into the spotlight not as a character, but as a full-fledged performer — and he did not disappoint.

Dressed in a standout outfit by Cyrix Muyco, Kim Won Shik showcased both style and presence as he delivered a four-song set that included his original tracks 'Hello My Love' and 'To Be With You', from What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim? and How to Spot a Red Flag, respectively. The audience was also treated to his heartfelt takes on Maki’s 'Dilaw' and TJ Monterde’s 'Palagi', which drew loud cheers and singalongs.

But it wasn’t just the music that stole the show. Between songs, Won Shik brought fans closer with interactive moments, including a “kilig-inducing” staring game that had hearts fluttering throughout the crowd. His playful energy and genuine connection with fans turned the night into more than just a performance — it was an experience.

For those who’ve admired him as Daniel Park, seeing Kim Won Shik in the flesh was a treat.
