Singapore’s live music landscape is getting a new addition.

Live Nation Singapore has announced Grange House, a new purpose-built live entertainment venue located in the heart of Orchard Road. The 3,000-capacity space is set to open by mid-2027, filling the space between Singapore’s smaller live venues and its large-scale arenas and stadiums.

Developed with support from the Singapore Tourism Board, Grange House will be open to all promoters and event organisers, creating more opportunities for artists, tours, and cultural experiences to take place in Singapore.

The venue was designed by Blueprint Studio, Live Nation’s in-house design and development team, with a focus on acoustics and sightlines alongside hospitality, food and drink options, and artist facilities built to international touring standards.

Beyond concerts, Grange House is also envisioned as an everyday community space. Plans include a landscaped terrace, an all-day café and restaurant, and spaces for talks, podcasts, and public events. A walkway connecting 313@Somerset to the venue will also host rotating art, exhibitions, and pop-ups.

“Singapore has been an important market for Live Nation since launching in 2006,” shared Edward Liu, Managing Director of Live Nation Singapore. “We continue to see enormous potential for live entertainment in Singapore, and Grange House is the next step in that journey.”

The new venue will form part of the continued rejuvenation of Orchard Road in collaboration with Lendlease Global Commercial REIT. According to Live Nation, its year-round live entertainment, cultural experiences, and community programming are intended to give both locals and visitors more reasons to spend time in the precinct.

Stephanie Bax, President, Venue Development for Live Nation Asia, added that Grange House was designed around “an exceptional experience for artists and fans” while maintaining a strong connection with the surrounding community.

With room for 3,000 fans and a location right in Singapore’s central shopping belt, Grange House is set to add another option to the city’s live entertainment circuit when it opens in mid-2027.
