Live Nation Entertainment has reported a record-setting year in its Live Nation Entertainment Full Year And Fourth Quarter 2025 Results, with the company pointing to surging global fan demand, rising stadium activity, and strong early sales for 2026.

According to the live entertainment giant, 2025 revenue climbed 9% to US$25.2 billion, while adjusted operating income rose 10% to US$2.4 billion. Its concerts business posted one of the biggest jumps, with adjusted operating income up 30% to US$687 million, as fan attendance grew 5% to 159 million across 55,000 shows worldwide.

Live Nation also said international markets outpaced the U.S. in fan count for the first time, reflecting how global demand for live music continues to expand. The company added that North American stadium attendance more than doubled, while 20% of fans attending its top 50 tours turned up for international acts.

Looking ahead, Live Nation is betting on an even bigger year. The company said more than 80% of its 2026 large venue shows were already booked or in progress by early February, with concert ticket sales up by double digits to around 67 million fans. It also highlighted major demand drivers including BTSsold-out 41-date stadium tour, Bruno Mars delivering the biggest single-day ticket sales in Live Nation history, and Harry Styles pulling in 11.5 million pre-sale registrations.

On the venue side, Live Nation said Venue Nation is expected to host over 70 million fans in 2026, supported by new amphitheatres, stadium projects, and expanded arena acquisitions across Latin America and Europe.

CEO Michael Rapino said the company’s momentum came from the growing connection between artists and fans worldwide, adding that Live Nation expects another year of double-digit operating income and adjusted operating income growth in 2026.
