"Up until early 2020, Lolo Berong would be in the Lyric Horseshoe branch daily, a quiet gentle presence amidst the flurry of activities, and was beloved by all. We will miss you dearly, Lolo Berong. Thank you for all that you made, and all that you were," the announcement reads.

Lyric was established as Lyric Piano in 1964 and started out as a supplier of parts and accessories to piano manufacturers.
