Maki has officially surpassed 1 billion all-time streams on Spotify ahead of his upcoming KOLORCOASTER Southeast Asian tour and the release of his new single, ‘habangbuhay pansamantala’.
The milestone follows the success of his debut album, KOLORCOASTER, which spawned fan favourites including ‘Dilaw’, ‘Namumula’, and ‘kahel na langit’. Now, Maki is bringing the world of KOLORCOASTER beyond the Philippines with regional tour stops scheduled for Singapore and Jakarta this June.

The artist is set to perform at The Theatre at Mediacorp in Singapore on 13 June, before heading to Bengkel Space in Jakarta on 14 June. Additional dates across North America, Australia, and New Zealand are also expected to be announced soon.
Tickets for the Singapore and Jakarta stops of the KOLORCOASTER tour are available here.
Ahead of the tour, Maki will release his newest single, ‘habangbuhay pansamantala’, on 24 May. Described by the artist as a “pink song”, the track explores the emotional weight of being treated as someone’s second choice in a relationship.
Maki composed the song himself, while Nameless Kids vocalist Nhiko Sabiniano handled production duties. Even before its official release, previews of the track have already generated millions of views across social media, with listeners resonating with its heartbreak-heavy message.
