MAMAMOO's Moonbyul is welcoming 2022 with something new.

On 7 December KST, the rapper, singer, and songwriter revealed that she will be releasing a new mini-album in January 2022. Titled 6equence, her third mini-album will feature two pre-release tracks out on 13 December - featuring Mirani - and 30 December - with Seori. Meanwhile, 6equence is slated for release on 19 January 2022.

The tracklist features a total of seven songs, including previously released collaborations with Mirani and Seori, as well as the title track, 'Lunatic'. Wrapping up the mini-album is the English version of the title track.

Ahead of her solo comeback. Moonbyul recently worked with the likes of MAMAMOO bandmate Solar on 'Promise U' and singer-songwriter Gaho on 'Half of Half'.

Earlier this year, MAMAMOO dropped a compilation album titled I Say Mamamoo: The Best featuring reworked versions of their greatest hits.
