Mark Tuan has released his latest single, 'Alone', his first offering of 2026.
Following the introspective themes of his Silhouette EP, the new track sees the GOT7 member and solo artist dive deeper into feelings of emotional isolation, overthinking, and the quiet moments that come with being alone. Built around atmospheric R&B production, layered harmonies, and expressive melodies, 'Alone' also marks a notable evolution in Mark's sound.
The single was co-written by singer-songwriter Tone Stith, while production comes from Peyote, whose recent credits include Doechii's Alligator Bites Never Heal. Together, they help shape a track that balances vulnerability with sonic experimentation, reflecting Mark's desire to push beyond his creative comfort zone.
Speaking through the song's emotional landscape, Mark explores the tension between escapism and loneliness, capturing the restless thoughts that surface during late-night drives and moments of solitude. Rather than hiding those emotions, he leans into them, offering listeners one of his most personal releases to date.
