Maudy Ayunda reminisces on the sweetness of adolescence on her music video for 'Hari Itu' – watch

Indonesian superstar Maudy Ayunda is back with a brand new single about the bittersweet journey of our formative years.

Entitled 'Hari Itu', the gorgeously emotive song reminds us of the joys and sorrows of growing up.

“I wanted to capture the essence of precious school memories and create a space where people can reminisce about their own experiences,” Maudy said. “Through ‘Hari Itu’, I hope to provide some solace in the face of the inevitable passage of time, and encourage people to appreciate every moment."

'Hari Itu' is taken off Maudy's upcoming album which is planned for release later this year. The album promises to present a fresh perspective on Maudy's musical journey, while exploring themes, such as maturity, self-acceptance, mental health, urban identity, and modernity.

This new track continues a remarkable career that began as a child actress. Maudy has since blossomed into a household name in Indonesia through her prolific works as singer-songwriter, author, activist and thespian.
