The first lady of drum & bass DJ Storm makes her long-awaited return to Singapore on Saturday, 31 May at ikigai, courtesy of the good folks at Revision Music.
Rising from London’s underground in the early 1990s, Storm was one half of the iconic duo Kemistry & Storm. Together, they helped launch Metalheadz—the seminal label co-founded with Goldie—which became a breeding ground for cutting-edge D&B and home to trailblazing artists like Doc Scott, Dillinja, and Photek.
After the tragic passing of Kemistry in 1999, Storm carried the torch forward with grace and resilience, maintaining a fierce presence on the decks. Her sets are known for their precise technical mastery, dark, rolling basslines, and deep emotional resonance—a sound that stays true to the roots of the genre while constantly evolving.
Beyond her skills as a DJ, Storm has been a powerful advocate for women in electronic music, mentoring new talent and championing diversity in the scene. With over three decades of influence, international tours, and countless legendary sets under her belt, she remains an unstoppable force at the forefront of drum & bass.

Her upcoming gig in Singapore will be supported by Revision Music's respected residents Gahmen and Helios XL, alongside Singaporean D&B pioneer and Syndicate founder Kiat. Purchase your tickets here.
