Neon Lights’ festival director Declan Forde commented on their return stating, “We’re thrilled to return this November for the third edition of Neon Lights. We’ve put a lot of thought into the line-up to ensure quality and range for everyone. This includes international and regional acts playing in Singapore for the first time, as well as musicians from Singapore with new releases. We look forward to sharing the full festival schedule next month and seeing everyone come down to enjoy a weekend of music, entertainment and the arts.”
