Novo Amor was in the region earlier this month to perform at The 8th Music Gallery festival in Jakarta. The Welsh singer-songwriter born Ali Lacey managed to squeeze in a stop in Singapore, and though he didn't have a full-fledged show here, we did manage to snag him for a short session for Bandwagon Presents.

When stripped down to its barest essentials, including Lacey's unmistakable falsetto, 'Carry You' (the first track off the 2017 EP Bathing Beach) becomes even more fragile and compelling. Watch Novo Amor's performance with frequent collaborator Ed Tullett, filmed at The Music Parlour, below.
