Omoinotake are ready to tug at your heartstrings with their new track ‘Gravity’, written specially for (LOVE SONG), a Japan–Thailand co-production premiering in Japan on 31 October.

Helmed by Champ Weerachit Thongjila, the visionary behind global BL hit 2gether, (LOVE SONG) stars Win Morisaki as Souta Hiroki and Koji Mukai of Snow Man as Kai Sugiura. The film follows a poignant reunion between two men, bound by a shared past and an unfinished melody that never left their hearts.

Set in Tokyo and Bangkok, the story unfolds as Souta, a sincere researcher, is transferred to Bangkok where he unexpectedly reunites with Kai — his first love, now a photographer and musician. What follows is a slow-burning tale of unspoken feelings, missed chances, and an aching desire to connect again after years apart.

The cast is stacked with talent from both Japan and Thailand, including Mitsuhiro Oikawa, Kyoko Saito, Mariko Tsutsui, Mean Phiravich, First Chalongrat, and Music Praewa.

Featured in the newly released teaser trailer, Omoinotake’s ‘Gravity’ amplifies the emotional gravity (pun intended) of the film. The group shared that they wrote the song to express “the powerful pull of love that transcends borders — between Japan and Thailand, between Souta and Kai,” adding that “even if we love, drift apart, hurt each other, and separate, we’re drawn together by an irresistible force.”

Win Morisaki described the track as “a theme song filled with both sorrow and hope,” saying it “beautifully expresses the destined connection between the two characters.” Koji Mukai, who is experiencing a theme song for one of his projects for the first time, shared that “‘Gravity’ felt like it gently wrapped around the entire story. It’s the perfect song to listen to on the way home.”

Director Champ Weerachit was equally moved, saying that upon first listen, “the beautiful melody lingered in my ears and resonated throughout my body.” He added that the song “perfectly mirrors the emotions of the characters and deepens the love story in a truly moving way.”

Following a breakout year with their hit ‘Billions of Light Years (Ikuokukounen)’ from Eye Love You, which earned Omoinotake over 400 million streams and a slot on Kōhaku Uta Gassen, the trio are on a winning streak. In 2025, the band will hit another milestone with their first-ever Nippon Budokan concert and debut international shows in Taipei and Bangkok — details coming soon.
